🎨 Commission Terms of Service (TOS)
Before placing an order, please read these terms carefully.
Payment means you agree to all the rules below. 1. Payment
All payments are made upfront in full via PayPal.Partial refunds are possible only if the work has already started but not finished.
• If cancelled at the sketch stage – 70% refund.
• If cancelled at the lineart stage – 40% refund.
• If cancelled at the coloring stage – no refund.If I personally cannot complete the work for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund. 2. Deadlines
The usual turnaround time is from 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on complexity and queue.Rush orders (+50% of the price) are available only if agreed in advance. 3. ProcessAt each stage (sketch, lineart, base color) you’ll receive a preview for approval.• Up to 5 minor revisions per stage are free of charge.
• Additional edits beyond that cost $5 each.
• After final approval, major changes are not accepted. 4. Copyright & UsageAll rights remain with me (the artist).I may post the finished artwork on my platforms, unless it’s a private commission (an extra +$25 fee applies).You may post the artwork with proper credit to me as the artist.Editing, altering, or using the artwork for commercial purposes (merch, advertising, etc.) requires my permission. 5. How to OrderWhen ordering, please send me:
• A short description of the character, mood/emotion, and any personal notes.
• References, if available.
• The format you want (portrait / half-body / full-body). ✅ What I Draw: NSFW, anthro, human, latex, consensual BDSM themes. 🚫 What I Don’t Draw:Feral, hyper-exaggerated body types, diapers, minors, violence, sexualized gore.
